A quick assessment (about 45 minutes) to determine where your child is based on grade level and what type of tutoring would make sense for them.

Screening

Screenings are a faster, more affordable option to assess a student.  Students will only be tested in the area of suspected disability (math, reading, writing) to suggest whether the student may have a suspected disability.  A report and consultation will be included.  Screenings are typically completed in one testing session and then a report and consultation is given within a week.  Reports can be taken to school districts to provide valuable information.

Full Evaluation*

A full evaluation (or IEE, Independent Educational Evaluation) includes assessment in all areas such as cognitive abilities, academic achievement, social/emotional health and behavior. A full diagnosis is given. Full evaluations are typically completed in 3-4 sessions.  A report and consultation will be provided within 1-2 weeks. Psychologists can attend IEP meetings to present their results to the IEP team.
